A+ in support
from
GalCiv2 Forums
I must say, I see a whole lot more feedback from the designers and developers in this forum than I did when MOO3 was in beta. I'm also happy to note that so many bug reports are responded to timely, even if it's a "Noted, and written down" message. I think it help to give the beta testers and fans the impression that you really care about this.
Way to go guys, A+ in support from me
Keep up the good work.
(Atleast I think it's the developers doing this, where do I find a list of who's who on the boards?)

As the snowball gets rolling (more people to the board and deadlines get closer) we may be less responsive, but we'll try out best.
, it is true that they are their own boss. Last thing we heard from Brad and his people, it's their non-game tools and products that are their current main revenue streams. The games are just fun things that happen to pay for themselves with a little extra at the moment. So, what happens with the games, good or bad, isn't a big deal as long as it doesn't carry over onto their company's lifeline of revenue. Brad has stated it's that revenue that provides Star Dock with the independance to do a project right.
