I have a custom recycle bin icon i downloaded but i do not know how to change it. Can someone please help me out?

If it's just an icon go to Display Properties in your control panel, choose the Desktop tab, select Customize Desktop. Click on the Recycle Bin(s) (Full & Empty) and then choose Change icon. Browse to your new icon and your done.
