PM2004 - HOW TO BE INTERVIEWED BY STATE MEDIA

I am unable to find the "interview" button that you click on in order to meet with the local media in a state. I have no problems with national media, however I would like to be able to meet with state reporters as well. any help would be appreciated.....thank you

From what I understand, they took it out of the game for some reason, but forgot to take it out of the instruction book
