Problem with skinning nnscript for mIRC

I'm running mIRC 6.16 with nnscript 3.81 on XP Pro SP2.
With WindowBlinds 4.5 everything was skinned fine. I've just upgraded to 4.51 and now there is a problem with the custom tool bar that nnscript provides.
The following image shows what the toolbar looks like when WindowBlinds is disabled, i.e. What the toolbar should look like:

The next image shows what the toolbar looks like when WindowBlinds is enabled. Something goes very wrong:

I realise it could be a problem with nnscript but considering it worked fine with WindowBlinds 4.5 I doubt it.
