GMail Widget Problem

I use Google's Gmail and until Friday I was able to successfully run the Gmail widget which checks Gmail for new mail. Now it checks, but doesn't update new mail...it stays at 0 (zero). I'm not sure if this is a Desktop X problem or if Google made a change in Gmail. Thanks in advance for any help/solutions.

Gmail changed the way the Atom feed works, thanks to Bryon Todd there is a fix, (as seen here http://woodbridge.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SkinID=3969&LibID=3&comments=1 )

I'll be updating my Gmail widget soon.
