Problem with Start Bar

Setup: WinXP sp2 | Wincustomize Browser | Stardock Central

Issue: When loading some themes, the start bar will not change, it will revert to windows classic.

Example: I have downloaded several suites I like. Cyrix, Cubism, and PixOffice all work just fine, everything converts how it should. Now, when I attempted to use ErgoVX - The start bar would no change, but revert to windows classic, and the windows would not show any of the explorer buttons in the upper right.

I've looked through some articles and searches, and can't really find anything to help me out as of yet. Was hoping others had some insight into this and hopefully I just missed something on my search.

You might try deselecting and then reselecting any "Taskbar" related options in the "WindowBlinds Configuration > Basic Settings" panel, then reapply the theme.

If that does not work, perhaps set Windows back to the default "Windows XP" theme, then apply the theme in question.

I've tried the above mentioned items, and neither work still. not sure, I can usually figure these things out but I'm at a loss for this one.

Okay, I went an extra step, I took one of my laptops, this one happens to be an IBM T20 - installed XP, did the normal updates etc. Installed stardock and wincustomize browser, installed all the necessary programs, tried to apply the ErgoVX suit again, and the same result, Windows Classic Start Bar.

Any ideas?
