My mozilla firefox keeps vibrating up and down with certain skins! Why!?

there are posts about this all over the place.

Firefox has a problem when you change skins while it is open. You can: close FF then change skins; change skins and then either reload your tabs or close them all and reopen them; I have even fixed this just by rolling up FF and rolling back down.
