I have no clue on how to install one of these... anyone care to help a fellow out? I'll be forever greatful

There are a lot of good tutorials by Cordelia which can be accessed by clicking on the "Articles" tab above and selecting "Tutorials". Here is a link to the basic Windowblinds one.
