He saw the trade policy fail for eight years under Clinton and then continued to expand it with China and now Central America. He identified Afghanistan is the source of 9/11 and sent the preponderance of or military manpower into Iraq which had nothing to do with 9/11. It doesn't seem to me like Bush has a problem with the liberals but with himself!
