End User not being able to move my items on the deskop where I put them. Is it possible?

I have certain Items on the desktop that I would like to stay in one place the whole time and not albe to move it with the mouse
when I load the dekstop up(Not load it in the create mode).

Sounds like you're talking about:

builder mode, right click object, properties, relation, movement = locked.

just ried it. once locked, i unloaded builder then opened desktopx again - object stays locked.
ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.
