Create a WindowBlinds Help!!!

I have been anonymously asked to create a windowsblind and I don't know how. Is there a tutorial or any tips somewhere? Or could someone volunteer there services to get me though it step by step?

Also in the help menu is a link to Aleksyandr's tutorial. It's not up to date, but it covers the basics............ it's a great place to start.
