Problems with uploading

Yesterday I uploaded one icon set for misc icons. During the upload an error page appeared. I realised the preview page wasn't there. So I tried to update. The same problem again. OK, I thought site's now busy, I'll try later so I'll do the whole thing from the beginning but I'll delete the skin before. (Meanwhile, skin was in 'in processing' section). I pressed the delete skin button. The skin was gone but my skins page reported I have 16 not 15 icons as I really have.
I had another icon named Info and it seemed there were no problems during the upload. But the next day I saw it wasn't submitted. I know that it maybe didn't pass through moderation but in my opinion it was better than most of my works that did pass through moderation or I can say the best till now. Still I'm confused because of the upload problems. I tried to upload it today but after half an hour it wasn't in awaiting moderation section nor elsewhere but it was reported that I've got now 17 icons (not 15).
If there are some moderators around can they please tell me what happened to Info icon. Thanks in advance.

More problems have come. Yesterday after uploading Time & Date icon (https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SkinID=467&LibID=39&comments=1) my my skins page reported I have no skins at all(???!!!-I've got 16 now). Now it's alright, but these problems occur randomly and I don't know what will be next. Also, I can't upload 500 KB icon pack for misc. icons (it's a zip file with icons, not .ip file - the error is not in type of file), there is always an error page.
