My Amygdala Clicks!

Laying in bed at night with my mind racing the last few days, I've noticed my thoughts switch from lower-levels to more complex levels, and I couldn't help but to notice at the moment of the switch, I felt & heart a distinct "click" in my head, between my right ear and my right temple.
Pondering this, I began to vaguely remember hearing some sort of report on Coast to Coast AM Link about just such a phenomenon...so somewhere from the depths of my mind came the word "amygdala", but that's all I could remember, other than the man reporting the phenomenon was particularly excited about it. So just now, I googled the three words "feel click amygdala" and shazaaam! It came up with the most astounding thing!!! Link
So my amygdala clicks. And it's normal. And it means I'm utilizing the otherwise latent 90% of my brain. Woo-hoo! It's true, too. My thoughts are much deeper, much happier, more insightful, creative, and inventive at those times. Cool. I'm going to read the whole thing soon, to learn how to "click" into that mindset voluntarily.
