Missing Enemy Ship

Not sure if this is a problem or the ship is not in sensor range of the planet .

I found where the ship was from the minimap by toggling ships off/on - this reveals the
locations of ALL ships.
On the other hand, the Korx may start with the abiliity to use cloaking devices?!
