Problem With Display Properties and Windowblinds

I have had a problem with my display properties for quite a while now. Every time I try to apply a windowblinds theme from the appearance tab, a screen pops up saying the theme cannot be found. I know I have the theme on my computer, though.

Does it work okay if you right click the WindowBlinds icon in the tray, choose configure and pick a blind?
