How do you check what's the alighnment of other races?

Foreign Policy screen, click on the Stats page. The alignment will be next to Morality.

do you mean the minor civs? i dont know how to check, but if you mean the major civs, they should be the same as what you assigned them to at the begining of the game.

Yeah that works too but not if you set alignment on random, that's why I wanted to know.
