Problems with UPLOADING

Could someone from moderation check this for me? I have uploaded a bootskin, received a rejecting email stating guidelines reason. Weird enough, because I couldn't think of guideline not being followed. So, I went to "waiting for moderation" and the skin was still there. But, the screenshot was all stretched vertically, despite the fact that the screenshot is fine 640x480 jpeg.

Was this the reason of functionality for the email? Anyway, I tried to upload it again. Now it's stretched horizontally and vertically again.
Someone help, please. Thanks.

Hmmm, comes up as deleted by user, so I have no idea why you got a rejection...   

The stretching problem is on almost every thumbnail and has been happening since yesterday. As all the 'fixers' are on holiday, I assume the bug won't be sorted until at least Tuesday.
