about posting in beta forum

I can't seem to post in beta forum, how can i do that? Under the Category in post a new post only general and dev are there.
I do have a small problem with GC2, when i minimize the screen and then goback to the game the mouse appears messed up, everthing still works just that somethimes it is almost hard to see or it looks like a block or something.
