Help can't uninstall...

I am trying to uninstall DesktopX but it won't let me, when I go into the control panel-->add/remove programs-->DesktopX when I click the remove button it says "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file." Does anyone know what the problem could be? Any advice on how to uninstall it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

It can be found in the last item on the page.

Run the program and select "DesktopX" in the uninstall section.
