Taskbar Not Skinning Properly

With certain WB skins, my taskbar is not skinned properly. I have tried several times to figure out what the problem could be with Skinstudio, but to no avail. I have a screenshot but am not sure how to post it here. If someone could explain to me how to do this, that would be great.
I figured it out! It had to do with the Transparency - Level setting for the system tray. I have gone back to all of the skins I have not been using because of this and changed that setting and they are all working perfectly!
