Systray icons disapeared?

For some reason my system tray dock exists, but the icons in the system tray are missing? Why did this happen? I worked fine until I restarted my computer. The module sdmcp.exe is running... any ideas?

Try unloading, and restarting OD. If that doesn't work, try another reboot.

Same thing happened to me after I let Stardock Central update itself. I've tried everything, including copying the mcp files to the same directory as SDC...still no luck.

That won't work - you copied them to the wrong place! see: https://www.wincustomize.com/Forums.aspx?ForumID=165&AID=68121#528884

yes, i've seen that thread. I have the three files copied into [C:\Program Files\Common Files\Stardock], as well as my [C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral]. I do not have a folder called Downloads or SDCommon within my Stardock directory.

Did you restart after that?

I don't doubt it.

I have SDC configured to download to 'downloads' within it's own directory structure (SDC's 'Settings->Advanced' dialog allows you to change the path).

I reinstalled OD+ from setup from file... and it seemed to fix whatever the problem was. Rebooted a few times to check, and the systram still exists!

Update: When I booted up my system today, all but one of the usual systray icons appeared. My World Time icon did not appear, so I closed it, then reopened it, and now all my icons are showing. Apparently it took several reboots to fix the problem...hopefully it will stay this way now.

Thanks for the help Chris!
