Does anybody know this Theme?

Hi everybody, maybe here anyone can help me.

I've seen a screenshot of a custom OS in the windowblind's information page, and I would like to know the Name of the Theme. It seems to be an old theme, but I'm not shure:

The skin is called Ciela and the author's name is Bant. As far as I know, he removed it from the Internet a long time ago. Here's his DeviantArt page if you want to try and contact him. http://bant.deviantart.com/

It's a shame. That skins looks great (at least in the sceenshot). Is there a similar skin?
