Silence the Shadow

2 stanzas..but a poem, nonetheless.

Put your fears to rest,
Do not keep them fed.
Cut off what they dine upon,
End the senselessness.

Fear is not your master,
Nor is it your baggage.
Drop the chains that bind you,
And at last breathe free.
Silence the shadow that haunts you,
And then you shall live unbound.

[Probably could've done better...but that's what I get for writing poetry in Psychology class....incidently while talking about phobias...hmm..... ;) ]

Naughty you!

Woah... I'm not sure I want to go there...

It could use a little work, but hey, at least you got it written down, which is more than I could do with Clarke teaching.

Peace,

Beebes

Psychology class depresses the crap out of me. My dad has depression, my grandpa has both depression and bi polar. And i have about a billion more distant relatives with all kind of mental diseases like scizophrenia. So i have a lot of biological risks. I hate listening to how many people kill themselves, and stuf about anorexia. I do not want to talk about eating disorders.
