a Suggestion for Transparency/Glass

A lot of fans suggest windows blind support transparency.
but i think there may be a short cut.

Probably we don't need Windows Blind to support Transparency, provided there is an upgrade in WindowFX as follow.
If there is an option which can set the title bar and window frame/border transparent in WindowFX, the fans will be cheered up a lot.

Normally it seems that we don't need the windows transparent with the full content, for it may be distracting when we are working.

Transparency of the border/edge and the title bar will bring us fun of skinning, at the meanwhile it will not eat much resources or make our eyes distracted.

For Stardock, an option in Window FX to provide such kind of transparency may be more convenient than modification to Windows Blind.
