My submission was uploaded today, but...

So I submitted a DesktopX object Link
on Feb 27th. Today, March 2, it was posted on wincustomize. Now, I don't mind that moderation can take some time, but it seems that now I will miss out on some visibility beacuse the date of the object is from when I uploaded vs when it's posted. Now this object will not be listed under the "newest" section. I find this unfair, since it is as new as any other object posted today. Some people may only browse the newest section. I know I do sometimes.

Anyway, I just wanted to rant.

When uploading something to the libraries ..it does say that moderation can take up to 5 days to take place.

I count that as taking only 4 days ...so you're in front.

Uploads are not automatically visible in the "newest" section either, as I believe it's based upon the initial rating. As it stands, (I think) it needs to have a rating of 3 stars or higher to be visible in that section.

It can take time, my Gmail Widget took a couple of days too, even though I've got Journeyman status. Although I did send an email to Jafo thinking I'd messed up the update.

it's not the moderation time that bothers me. it's the date that the item receives when it's finally posted. what happened was this. i submit. then days later some other DX items show up on the server. then days later, my item shows up on the server, but guess what? it shows up under the "older" items.

i've uploaded 3 icons for OD, they have been uploaded in one day, and i find them if i does a search, but theyre not in the "newest screen", two of them has got five star rating, and the last one has got 4.

i want it to be there to, anyone who can help?
