How do I install the icons?

I just downloaded "ShinyBlack.ip" which is a file of icons. My concern is it did not come with a readme file and I have no idea what to do with that file. Can someone tell me what to do please?

Just a comment: Does this site offer RSS feeds for forum posts? If not, they should.

You need to have Icon Packager. Then just unzip your downloads into it, under themes. You can find the program under software at the top of the page!
