one of the features that makes google's ad-extortion umm i mean adword program such a deal is advertisers can target their ads to specific words or groups of words.

google is too busy collecting all them bids to have an opinion. if it did, that opinion wouldnt show up in the first 200 hits unless google was bidding on a lotta adwords and BOOM its own ranking fortuitously--but gosh darn it, it surely hadda also be coincidentally--suddenly improved.
