HELP!! with my browser?

Help!! everytime I try to view my skins and themes section of my browser it looks like it's downloading the section i am trying to view like wallpapers and etc. but then I keep getting a message there was a problem with the download and to try again later and everytime I do I get the same message? I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times and still I am having this problem what can I do to get my browser to work again.. I'd really appreciate any help anyone can give..thanks....

I have no skins of my own to view - but I've had problems with the libraries downloading quite a few times before so I haven't used it that often. I know some other where having trouble with theme mgr not downloading correctly (or at all) and the general discussion seem to be it may be tied to the old urls. Iuse it last about a month ago - let it updat libraries and such, just used it again - it just loaded 490 newest additionas and 249 undated skins.

On the other hand - when I click the discussion link the last update was between 57-106 days ago. I don't know how to delete the old ones and get new onew.

Since it does download the skins libraries, is it possible it does the same thing when viewing your own skins? There has been a few problems since the new site 7 servers - downloads glitching, can't get requested page, etc.

After you uninstalled, did you go in and clean out any remnants? files left etc.
