Can't type 'T'

Hi,
I have purchased and installed the professional version of Multiplicity and on the whole it is amazing. HOWEVER on my primary computer, I am sometimes unable to type a capital T. Sometimes the windows flash and it all starts to go wrong - can anybody help - doeas 'T' mean anthing to anybody?
