Object Dock Shortcut to Control Panel

Hello,

how is it possible to make a shortcut to the Control Panel??? (its in German Systemsteuerung)
When i move the shortcut from the desktop to the dock, it doesnt work.

in the path box, type "Control Panel", without the quotes. you can use any png or icon you want.

I was able to drag the icon straight from the 'My Computer' windows into OD (i'm running OD+ so freeware vers maybe different?)

Drag Control Panel (From the left of the window) to the stardock
