Upcoming Change to the Officer policy

It has come to my attention that certain members feel that there are too many officers.  While I'm not sure I agree, I'd like the guild to weigh in on the discussion.  The most popular, of what has been brought to me, suggestion is to create an elected officership from each class, where all the class members have an election every set period of time, a month or similar period.  If you have any other ideas or like the way things are right now, please comment here.

I tend to think there are too many officers in the guild. I'm not opposed to ranks that let people progress, but we probably need some true officer ranks that help out with guild matters.

I do not think an election process is a good idea.

Elonious should pick one or two very trusted people and give them demotion/removal ability. That way the guild is kept in the image he would like it kept in - even as the guild grows in size beyond what a single person can comfortably handle.

The officer corp has been established. There are now seven individuals, besides myself with the power to remove. All other positions should be the same. If you receive worried messages about how people were demoted this morning, don't worry, they weren't really demoted, WOW just doesn't allow me to add a rank above existing ranks.
