Haven't gotten an email yet

I have email Stardock to get a link to download WB. I sent one to the sales dept as well. It has been over 24 hours now and I have not gotten my email yet. Is there a phone number I can call? What can I do?

You need to visit the website here https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/downloads.asp  Download the file from there. You can also go to 'Serial number lookup' there and type in your e-mail address used to purchase WindowBlinds, an e-mail will come out to that address automatically, along with a link to the file

I did that and put in my email that I have used for years. It finds it ok but never sends me the email. I have also emailed sales and have not heard anything back yet.

Try it again.... could have been a glitch. I just tested it and it's working now.

Thought about that as well. I checked it from the web and it does not show up there either.
