Work area
Why do programs do not "respect" it???

Hi
I have desktopX running and replaced the windows taskbar for objectdock!
As I want to have my objectdock bar to be allways shown, I set up DesktopX by reducing the work area at the botton.
Everything seems to run ok for a few minutes (even hours, sometimes) but, for some reason I cant understand, sudenly the programs I use (browser, explorer, etc) start to use all the desktop space again... as if desktopX settins were ignored.
All I have to do is configure the work area again (under DesktopX preferences). The value I set initialy is still there, I just have to push "apply" again... until next time!
What could be causing this?
