Icon Packager doesn't install new icons

I have a problem with IconPackager: i can't install any new icons' set. When i download and open any .ip file, in IconPackager the name of the set appears, but there isn't any icon as preview. If i choose to apply the new set, the Windows icons remains the same as before. I can use only the icons' set that are provided with the program. Can someone help me?

Please list your OS, IconPackager version, and icon package(s) in question.

Chances are your using an old version of IconPackager with the new vesion of the iptheme file format.
