Tiggz GT3 window blinds problem

Hey! First of all, I am new to everything here. I downloaded Window Blinds and installed Tiggz's GT3 skin. Everything seems to work except for the dialog animations (such as copy, internet downloading, etc.) and the icons don't change. I have IconPackager, but the icons that are a part of this skin dont seem to show up. I'm not sure where to go from here, but if anyone can help that would be great! Thanks.

Just to add, I am also having a problem with the "dx enabled substyle switching". I get an error that says:

"This application has failed to start because rtl60.bpl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Again, if anyone could help, that would be great

I think the icons and animations are not skinned with the free version of windowblinds.

Probably the easiest way to fix the rtl60.bpl problem is to install skinstudio.
