Unable to post to joeuser

I think this is a SD issue, rather than JU, but it manifests with JU. The new user interface looks good. The pages load faster. All is good in joeuser land, except that I cannot comment on any of the forums or threads or anything. So, hopefully, this will be a simple question.....
I'd like to uninstall and reinstall SDCentral, as I think that's where the issue lies, and I do get a scripting error. So, if someone could be so kind as to post a link to the newest version of SDCentral for me to download, I'd be eternally grateful.
