Cannot Change Skin Colors With 4.5 - help anyone?

In my last post, someone replied that one of the new features of 4.5 was the fact that you can force to change the hues of skins more than in the past. However, I cannot get it to work.

If I click, "Use HSL Based Coloring", I can use the slider bars for Saturation and Luminescene, but there are no colors shown for it (like in the box above).

If I choose, "Enable Custom Color Support" and "Force Skin To Have Color..." the slider bars still do not work, and cannot be used, which is the same thing as it's always been.

Can someone tell me if there's a problem? Or if I need to go about this in a different way?

I'd greatly appreciate it, as it's very frustrating.

Thanks much.

Ok, well, I got it to work, but it's not working with all skins and what skins it does work with, it's not drastically making the color changes any stronger. It doesn't change the overall color either. What's the deal? Anyone know? Thanks.

After clicking on "Use HSL Based Coloring", you should get a 'Hue' and 'Saturation' slider instead of 'Luminence' and 'Saturation'. The 'Hue' slider will change the color and 'Saturation' will change the intensity. 'Enable Custom Color Support' must be checked. The drop down box below the sliders appear to be some sort of presets to make the current color richer or less rich, but you can adjust the sliders for a custom coloring.
