Help with bootskins

Ok, I need help with the bootskins. Every time I apply one, it makes my Windows unable to boot so I have to go into safe mode and disable it. What am I doing wrong?

BootSkin doesn't work with certain motherboard chipsets, because of a non-standard BIOS setup. That's most likely the cause of your problem......
