Y'z toolbar Longhorn Alternative Dark Problem

Hello, I have a problem with my Y'z to toolbar Longhorn Alternative Dark, I have not been able to form it in the WindowBlinds, already modifies the file*.INI but it does not work to me, please help to me

Huuuh? What do you mean with "I was not able to form it in the WindowBlinds"? Are you aware that Y'z toolbar and WindowBlinds are two completely different programs?
