A Prebuttal to the Democratic Rebuttal

How the Democrats plan to obstruct President Bush

A Prebuttal to the Democratic Rebuttal of the State of the Union Address,

Since the Democratic leadership decided to do a prebuttal of MY presidents State of the Union Address, I thought I would Lay out the Democratic Obstructionism plan ahead of time.

On the Exit of our troops from Iraq: The Democrats know that there can be no dates, times, amount of troops set, so already the are trying to position Bush to appear weak and uncooperative. {Remember Clinton’s problem with kosovo?} He set dates and had to rescind them over and over.

On Social Security INSURANCE reform: The Democrats will use scare tactics, appeal to the lowest possible common denominator, Fear, greed, ignorance.

On the Economy: The Democrats will complain that it’s not growing fast enough, pay scales down, quality jobs being outsourced, hoping the listening audience will not know the truth about our healthy, vibrant and growing economy.

This will be a show of Democratic unity, and this is the only thing the democrats are united to do. Cause MY president to look bad while making a big show of caring for the common man.

Already their prebuttal shows how they plan to simply OBSTRUCT anything Mr. Bush does, without offering any solutions of their own.

The new battle cry of the democratic leadership and Democratic Party in general should be the bleating of sheep as they blindly follow the entire party down the tubes.

That mantra was used by the Bush and Rove throughout the campaign against Kerry when he did in fact propose alternatives. They only don't have a plan if you ask the Republican leadership to tell you what that plan is. It was an election ploy that was repeated by entertainment driven media, not based in fact.

It's NOT just the republican leadership that doesn't know. I'm not sure if the DNC knows or not but America as a whole, doesn't know either. If they had maybe Kerry would be president. So why don't you do us all a big favor and enlighten us on their plans?
Even my uncle who is a commitee member for the DNC in Bucks county PA doesn't know.

I listened to the "kerry"plan quite closely, exactly what is his plan for an exit from Iraq? What was his economic plan? besides the MANTRA i can do it better than bush, or my favorite one < I will create 20 million new high paying jobs, Please feel free to quote ANY plan by Any democrat for any of todays issues. The quick run and hide from terrorist plan is not acceptable.

Aren't these traits similar to any party? Non-partisan bickering, that whole chestnut. Everyone can argue the same arguement.

I do want to hear what the Democrats have to say about the speech tonight, but honestly I doubt it's going to be something worth listening to.

Peace,

Beebes

Pelosi & Reid were pathetically, arrogantly mocking of President Bush in their little pre-buttal. They deserve nothing but scorn from thoughtful Democrats who want to see someone step up & have a chance in hell of achieving any of their objectives.

Is there no Democrat besides Joe Leiberman who can conduct himself/herself professionally, in a manner respectful of differing points of view? Are there no statesmen of the "loyal oppostion" variety anymore besides Joe?

Cheers,
Daiwa

When we get together for our family reunion every year, talking politics is *forbidden*! You don't know how hard it is for me not to crow about Bushs win over Kerry to him.

To top this ALL off he's a stinking pacifist! Thinks ALL wars were wrong. Although he still hasn't rebutted me as to the wrongness of the Revolutionary Way or WW2 (Pearl Harbour). According to him we shouldn't even defend ourselves. And I won't go into what he feels about me having a concealed carry weapons permit.

From *any* perspective war is not cool. But you guys fought bravely and valiantly and so should be commended. Ya'll did what you were asked to do and more! OUR government is the one who handed you your asses on a platter. What I've been trying to say is that protesting a war is acceptable. But do not protest the soldiers who are doing their duty.

Your right. 30 years is a BIG waste!
