I'm trying (in vain) to find a setting or settings for controlling the visibility of the "restore" button on the window title-bar. 
I really need a setting like "Show if restore button exists" or "Show if maximised OR minimised", but I can't see anything like this.
Does anyone know what combination of settings to use to show the restore button correctly in the active, inactive and disabled modes???
