new transparenty in Window blinds 4.5

could somebody please give a rundown on how this works?
i upgraded skinstudio prof as well and i saw some new features
for the taskbar

start pannel effects.

disabled
per pixel alpha
inverted
glass
etc

i think that has to do with the transparenty, but what can i do with it?

yep, i was sort of revering to that thread, it has a beautifull
example of the new colour possibilitys in WB i was hoping for the
same with the new transparenty.

I asked the same question in the newsgroup, but I haven't received an answer.............
I can't see any differences in the effects when I try them, they all appear the same to me.
