Different races in star system( Effect on Active borders), and planetary effects

How will the borders work, and what will be the effect if two races share a system

I am just curious how the active border, will be affected by races sharing the same system.
Would there be a little bubble around the planet if it was in the heart of enemy territory?
Will planets move or be fixed, if they move, then the borders would change with the?
Will planets in dual race systems give advantages to both sides in a battle, if the planets are close enough?
Will the planets be able to use weapons against the others, like war heads, or something since the enemy is so close?

oblem, I suspect, for maps with a greater concentration of habitable planets.

n be countered by (for example) planetary defense buildings. We'll have to wait for the beta to see how it works.

ions of miles, and distances between stars are measured in trillions of miles, there really is appreciable difference in distance between the former on a galactic scale.
