Moving Desktop For XP?

Hey folks, I was just wondering if anyone out there knows of a app, DXobject,widget or thingamajig that will animate the entire desktop? OSX has several small programs that run screensavers or even movies as your desktop "picture," and I was wondering if there were any good XP equivalents out there? I run simple video clips and slideshows on my iBook and it looks swell, so I get bummed when I switch to my XP machine and its all static stoneage.
