YOU have gotten on my final nerve, YOU seem to think bashing America is some kind of dissent.
Well its not! Its traitorous action. Not some kind of keeping America on some kind of true course.
I sit here on my computer and watch the words go by in constant amazement, wondering exactly what it is you “think” your doing?
Do YOU somehow imagine yourself of the forefathers of this great country?
Doing your best to free America from those of us on the right that are at least trying to get America to stay as great as she is?
Well your NOT, Your just pathetic small-minded people, I compare you to jackals running in packs, worrying and harrying your prey {America}.
I find myself becoming more intolerant of the leftist swill espousing nay Sayers.
You do not give a thought that if you lived somewhere else you would be held accountable for you actions in ways your feeble little minds could not begin to imagine.
I wish I could apologize to every right thinking American for your childish ranting and raving, I am ashamed of you.
I no longer care if you view me as some foaming at the mouth conservative, as I view you with scorn and what borders on distain.
I am so ashamed of the Democratic Party, that it pains me to think I was once a member.
You sit in your warm homes, eating well, not giving a thought to if you lived somewhere else you would not have this.
You are a disgrace to America and I for one disavow you!
NO longer will I look for a COMMON GROUND with the Democratic Party.
There is no common ground with small-minded weak sheep, blindly following your pathetic leaders that have nothing to offer America any longer.
You want to reclaim power, not for the good of America, but to foist your views on us, turn us away from God.
Your more concerned with pleasing old Europe that you are with pleasing America.
Your constant bending of facts and failing to have rational discourse on anything that doesn’t suit your own agenda is sad and disgraceful.

I encourage you democrats to stay on this course; please do not find any common ground with the Republican Party.
Do not move to the center to try and trick us to vote for you, for we see you for what you are, un-American, small minded, weak, power hungry idiots you are.

The Democrats called Reagan every name in the book. The same stuff we see with Bush now. Reagan was a war monger. An idiot, a fool, a simpleton. And yet he won the cold war. When Reagan came in, Soviet Communism was on the expansion and was making headway in the western hemisphere even. By the end of his term, it was dead. I don't think the Democrats (since WW2 anyway and barely even then) have ever had a clue on how the real world works.



yes they did and still run him down even after death. Now they are treating President Bush the same way. Far as I can tell the last Democratic President with any sense was jfk and I do not mean {hanoi} JOHN FRANCIS KERRY>

Mod... sometimes what you might see as ungratefullness is someone else's attempt to change things. People cannot always agree on things, hence the multi party system. Sure beats dictatorships.
The party you upport is in power now. That's not to say that the others shouldnt lobby for what they might see as positive change. You are NOT living in a dictatorship....don't let the U.S. become one.
There is room for dissent,criticism, even downright attacks on certain policies. Prove your correctness by actions... not by name calling and labeling.

I only call names on a personal level when they do it to me, I no longer will stand by and let them get away with name calling anymore.
I am all for dissent and disagreement, but this blind political correctness crap is destroying america. that I cannot and will not let go.

I think MM went a little overboard on his rant, but then with posts like the following it is so easy to see that MM's generalizations are being born out each and every day by these clowns

We have absolutely no political clout left in the world, only the strength of our overstretched military.

That is just classic anti-americanism, and has no basis in facts. Period.

Should we applaud because Dubyah refuses to reverse the loophole that gives tax breaks to those companies that send our jobs overseas? Should we applaud because Dubyah has given millions to polluters? Should we applaud that his solution to rising prescription prices is to give big drug companies millions in corporate welfare? In case I haven't made myself clear enough, shove your 2% mandate up your ass.

Try quoting the tax loophole that Bush had passed that made this come about?  Please cite a source where a poluter is being GIVEN millions of dollars?  Try citing any objective source for any of the above garbage!

World terrorism is at an all time high.

That is just plain stupid.  And you would be hard pressed to find any source outside of DU that would even come close to backing you on that.

You see, the simple truth is you are just anti-american, and you dont know why!  You spout lies and idiocies to support your theory, and never question them!  MM is right, you are just sheep.

Has it ever occurred to you that a fundamental right of an open society is based on:

A) the right to own property
B) the right to speak one's mind.

You can spin a left or right bias from that point but it seems irrelevant.

Put another way the right to disagree is a primary right of any particpant in a free society. The freedom of thought is akin to the right to bear arms. It is a check and balance that keeps the ruling party honest. It is an accountability mechanism. Even if there is misinformation the process still evokes communication for the ruling party to justify their stance. This is a win-win situation.

Now the question I have for you sir is how do attach your perspective as pro- american and another's as un-american? Exactly where does the omnipotence come into play?
This same question has reared it's ugly head before. Is freedom possible without a democratic engine to drive it? The answer is yes. Are those who disagree undemocratic and therefore aiding terrorists? That is/was the wording used by the current vice-president to pass the second patriot act. The unread act. The one congress was supposed to review but instead was pressured to pass - blindly.

I would be more cautious before randomly accusing people of sedition if the idea of disagreement disturbs you.
