I can't use the WindowBlind. HELP!

I download the WindowBlind, and unzip it, but when I go to apply it, it doesn't show up. What do I do?

https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ install this first > reboot > and double-click on the original .wba file (don't unzip). If the file downloads as a .zip file try to rename it to wba . If that doesn't work unzip and move the folder into your WindowBlinds direcorty.
