Scroll-Bar Problems

Hello, im having a problem with my scroll bar
it wont change its always stays in classic view(like in Win98) and I cant change it.
im having Win XP and i would like to hear how can i change it

If you're using the Shareware version of WindowBlinds, scrollbars skinning is disabled.
