icon changes

in the enhanced version of iconpackager, how do i change specific icons?
for example: i want to change pic.gif, but i don't want to associate ALL gif types with the same icon.

You can change the icon of a individual file, image, document, etc. by right-clicking on it and choose the icon tab. There is a checkbox there to allow you to just change the icon for that single file.
