problem with dxtv4

Hi guys,
I've tried to install dxtv4 'cause I'm really interested in watching tv on my desktop with my Tv card (pinnacle ptctv) using a desktopx object. But I'm not able to install this object 'cause it gives to me a scripting error with line 11 and 34.
can you help me?
