Smilies not working w/ Firefox

Just noticed as of yesterday, at least for me, that I can't insert smilies into a post. Just the ol' click and nothing happens. I haven't made any changes to my system, or to firefox (no updates or extensions, etc.).

Not a biggie, but thought I'd mention it.

Smilies not working with IE either. I know commands too. Just hover over the smilie and will tell you.

lol now I really have mine going loco, the smileys might work technically, except for the fact there isn't a box to write your comments in anymore, and the ratings still don't work, I don't see the sprites either, so looks like I'll be using IE for a bit o_O also I'm assuming the people with problems have 1.0

LOL perhaps I shouldn't say this, but if anyone wants to point and laugh at horizon today I just woke up and didn't notice I wasn't signed on 5 minutes ago, ratings still aren't working for me though
